I'm Sabrina. I was born and raised in Morocco and moved to New York when I was 18. I never cooked in my house in Morocco, I only spent some time watching my mother making few of the traditional Moroccan dishes and never really understood how she would make such delicious food and when did she make it. I started cooking two years ago, inspired by my husband and his infinite taste of delicious food. I first tried making all of my mother's recipes, including her meatballs with different sauces, but it felt too boring and I was surprisingly always missing an ingredient. Probably her way to teach me that I should learn on my own. My husband started suggesting that I should diversify my cooking and research different recipes. That's when I discovered my passion for cooking, using ingredients that I never heard of before. Enjoy! The Bee.
