In 2014, in the height of, ''The Shell Demand'', we decided to jump in to the market to provide soft and comfortable shells at a very affordable price point. Known as Japs, we worked out of our garage and supplied what felt like millions of sizes and colors. Once we were involved in the industry, we noticed the demand for more options in modest clothing that could be worn without those shells. We received so many requests from retailers to provide the same affordable and quality care but for more garment options. We ventured into skirts and then dresses and now offer a full collection of versatile apparel ranging from elegant to casual under the updated name Japparel. We are a proud family owned business run by modest women for modest women! We continue to keep our prices affordable, while not compromising the quality of our product and that is what we are known and appreciated for. If you own a piece (or ten), you understand.
